Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate accessories are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags, wigs, and accessories included to avoid any restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the costume, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
